Carroll-Marshall Insurance in Winter Haven was established in 1952. Over the years the name has evolved with the ownership, but our commitment to our customers is still the same. Carroll-Marshall Insurance has over 60 years of experience serving the insurance needs of the community in Winter Haven, Florida.
Larry Marshall was a Winter Haven native. An Eagle Scout, a graduate of Winter Haven High School, and an alumnus of the University of Florida, Larry dedicated his career to serving the insurance needs of his neighbors and friends in Winter Haven, Florida. An Accredited Advisor in Insurance since 1982, Larry’s specialty was commercial insurance. He was an active member of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents, the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Club and First Presbyterian Church. Some of his favorite pastimes included boating on the west coast with his beautiful family (Candy, Dusty, and Courtney) and spending time with friends outdoors. He is missed terribly, but his legacy continues to play a major part in the day-to-day operations here at Carroll Marshall Insurance and the values he held to firmly will continue to be the base of our business.
Candy Carroll Marshall was also born in Winter Haven and graduated from Winter Haven High School before earning her BSBA degree from the University of Florida. After 14 years spent working in the Corporate offices of Scotty’s Home Builders, Candy came to work at the Winter Haven Insurance agency with her father Harry Carroll and husband, Larry Marshall. Candy is enjoying retirement with her dog Lucy and Desi. Candy’s legacy continues with her son Dusty who manages the family firm.

Dusty Marshall
Dusty Marshall is the third generation of the family business and has been in the industry for 22 years. He is an Eagle Scout and graduated from Florida Southern College with a financial management degree. He has built a great team that allows him to devote his time to the Winter Haven community. He created Southern Charities Group, Inc as a non-profit to put on events (Smoke Off The Water/ Grillfest / Wingtoberfest) to raise money for the local Winter Haven organizations. These events have donated to the Humane Society/Girls, Inc./Kid’s Pack/Heartland for Children, bought Christmas presents for local families, provided funds for a family that lost their home in a fire. He enjoys helping raise funds and awareness for these organizations. Outside of all that, he enjoys time on the water and days with his best girl Remi.
Dana Beaumont
Dana Beaumont has been in the insurance industry for 26 years. She is a proud mother of 2 kids, Jarrod who is a firefighter/paramedic with The City of Winter Haven since 2021 and Jaelyn who is currently in school in Wisconsin for nursing and a Meme to Audrey and a grandson on the way. She enjoys her of time spending time with her loved ones. She specializes in all lines of insurance including home, auto, life, and commercial.
Darlene Heath
Darlene Heath has been in the insurance industry for 35 years. She is happily married and the proud mother of 3 boys and 4 beautiful granddaughters. Family is the most important part of her life, and she loves spending quality time with her loved ones whenever possible. Outside of work, Darlene enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and creating lasting memories with her family. She is grateful for the love that surrounds her and believes that time with family and friends is what makes life truly special. She specializes in home, auto, and life insurance.
Brittany Hines
Brittany Hines has been in the insurance industry for 4 years. She is happily married and the proud mother of two boys. Family is at the center of everything she does, and her favorite place to be is wherever they are together. When she is not helping clients, she enjoys spending time at the baseball fields cheering on her sons and making memories with her family. Boca Grande is her favorite getaway, where she loves fishing and enjoying Florida’s beautiful coastal lifestyle. Christmas is her favorite time of year, and she especially enjoys family traditions and gatherings. She is thankful for the life she has built and treasures every opportunity to spend time with the people she loves most. She specializes in home and auto insurance.
Hollie Guy
Hollie Guy just began her career in the insurance industry in 2026. She has already made strides in tackling extra tasks and ensuring customers’ needs are met. She has her best friend Brady that makes life extra enjoyable. Outside of the office, she enjoys being involved in community events and helping with several non-profit events. She is looking forward to progressing in the insurance world and seeing her growth potential. She is very family oriented and loves her trips to Englewood with her siblings, best friends, nieces/nephews, aunts/uncles, and most of all her wonderful parents.
